Born and raised in Trondheim, Norway in 1980 where I lived until I 19 years old moved to London to study dance and musical theatre. After three years in London I moved back to Trondheim where I worked as a freelance teacher and dancer until I in 2005 left the arts and became a sailor instead. After three years at sea I moved to Hong Kong where I took a bachelors degree in management, economy and Chinese. After 4 years in Oslo and 3 years in Los Angeles, and over 20 years as an employee made the choice to step out of the secure framework of a secure job and into my dream where I focus my energy on creating change that are not on the terms of others through coaching and more.
